    NMAT 2025: The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts the NMAT exam every year for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. NMAT 2025 will be conducted within a test window expected to open in November. Candidates will have an option to appear for the NMAT exam thrice during the test window. GMAC will start the NMAT registration in the first week of August. Candidates aspiring for MBA admissions via NMAT will be allowed to apply online on its official website, mba.com. Besides the NMAT registration, candidates aspiring for MBA admissions in top b-schools of India or abroad are also required to complete the institute-wise registration process. Candidates applying for the NMAT exam will be able to access official guide, admit card, and scorecard inside the login dashboard. As per the previous year’s NMAT exam dates, GMAC will administer the exam window for 45 days.

    What is NMAT?

    NMAT, also known as NMAT by GMAC, is a national-level entrance test conducted for MBA admissions at SVKMs NMIMS and other reputed B-Schools in India. NMAT scores are also accepted by several institutes situated abroad. NMAT is designed to keep the test-taker’s convenience in mind. Candidates can choose the NMAT exam date and venue based on their preference during the exam window using the NMAT scheduling option. NMAT shares some features with GMAT as candidates are allowed to choose the preferred date during a testing window as well as self-schedule the test, time and venue, and appointment date based on the availability of seats at the preferred test centre. The national-level entrance exam, NMAT, is conducted annually during the test window of specified days. NMAT by GMAC score is based on the performance of candidates in three sections, namely, Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning.

    Eligibility Criteria to Appear in the NMAT Exam

    The exam conducting authority has outlined the following eligibility criteria for NMAT 2025. Candidates must meet the requirements before the NMAT registration:

    1. Qualification 

    Candidates must have graduated from any stream under the 10+2+3 or four-year education pattern.

    2. Minimum Percentage 

    A 50% or above mark in graduation is required.

    3. Final Year Students

    Candidates in their final year of graduation can apply for NMAT 2025.
